About eximo.
History
Eximo. was launched as a name combining professional teachers and performers in 2007 with just a couple of weekly classes and occasional performances.
In 2009, Sophie Gage stepped on board and together with Maya Wolff (Co-founder of eximo.) now owns the company. Maya and Sophie are a driven and dedicated team and have quadrupled classes in the last two years with more and more regular people attending. They have been touring as eximo within the UK and Germany in secondary schools and festivals such as “Le Weekend” and “Lounge on the Farm”.
With eximo.dance being fully established, 2010 and 2011 has seen eximo. branch out to perform in nightclubs, to be dancing and hyping the crowd whilst being a good example and role model especially to girls in the way they dress and act. There has been an amazing response and eximo. now has a regular slot at Kent’s famous Breakology night. With eximo.dance being fully established, 2011 is seeing the launch of eximo.act and eximo.voice to provide classes and performances within these creative fields. Further, eximo. is establishing two more steams, eximo.music and eximo.word, serving as resources to all students and clients.
